FAQs
What if I have Insurance?
No problem. You can use your insurance for medications, imaging, labs, and specialist visits. You can also use your HSA here.

Do I need Insurance?
You don't need insurance to see us since we operate on a direct primary care model, but we still do recommend having catastrophic insurance as a back up.
Narcotics and Pain Medication?
We don't do prescriptions for chronic opiates or benzodiazepines. We believe in a more holistic route.
Home Visits?
Yes, we do home visits. This is an extra $50 fee for each home visit due to extra time and travel involved. Newborn home visits are included in membership up to 4 months.

Medicare?
Unfortunately, we cannot take Medicare patients yet due to regulations. But please contact us to join our wait-list as we hope to be able to see you soon.

Labs, Imaging, Medications, Referrals?
If you have insurance, you can use this for labs, imaging, and specialists referrals. If you don't have insurance, we work to get you the best discounted prices for labs, imaging, medications, and specialists visits.

How many patients do you take?
To ensure that you receive individualized and comprehension care, each provider is currently accepting a maximum of 200 patients. In contrast, other clinics typically accept 1500-3000 patients per provider.
